Australian Consumer Law
Our Refund Policy is provided in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Under the ACL, you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your rights under the ACL.
General Terms
No refunds are provided for change of mind or incorrect choice. Refunds are only provided where required under Australian Consumer Law or in the specific circumstances set out below.
Jerseys and apparel
Refunds or exchanges are provided if the item is faulty, damaged, not as described, or otherwise required under the Australian Consumer Law.
If your item is faulty or not as described, please email F2 (our supplier) directly to arrange a resolution, or contact us.
We do not provide refunds if you ordered the wrong item, size, or style. Please check your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Event tickets, registration fees, and membership fees
Event tickets, registration fees, and membership fees are non-refundable for change of mind.
If Elites Volleyball Club cancels an event or fails to provide a service, you are entitled to a full refund or credit under the Australian Consumer Law.
Injury-related refunds
If a player is gravely injured (for example, a torn ACL) and is unable to participate in the season or event associated with the purchase, you may request a refund. Medical documentation must be provided.
Refunds in these circumstances are considered at the discretion of Elites Volleyball Club, and do not override your statutory rights under the ACL.
Refund Request Process
If your purchase is eligible for a refund under the terms above or under the Australian Consumer Law, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your item (or within 14 days of the event date, for event-related refunds).
Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition (where applicable).
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
